  I see a lot of older reviews on this office, but as a new patient I had a great experience. I had my first visit with Dr Charshafjian at Pacific Harbor Dental Group today. I have some degree of dental phobia and have been looking for a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable with for a few years now. Dr C. was very professional, caring, and thorough. She took the time to discuss my dental problem and the different treatment options. Throughout the procedure, she was paying close attention to me (in addition to the procedure) and would periodically ask me if I was comfortable. I was very comfortable and my tooth feels as if nothing ever happened to it. The staff are respectful and nice, from the front office to the dental assistant who took my X-rays. I met with the financial planner after my exam who was also very helpful. He discussed my insurance coverage and checked on it again after I had a question. I left the office feeling such relief after my comprehensive exam, cleaning and filling. I will definitely go back and will be making appointments for my daughter and my husband.
